RETURNS POLICY

Unopened items
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a cancellation and return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, with seal intact, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Opened or used items
Because our products are ingestible health and wellness items, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded, for health and hygiene reasons, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (see "Damages and issues" below). This exemption is provided for under UK consumer protection law.

How to return
To request a return, contact us at tyntaltd@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Items sent back without a return request being approved first will not be accepted. Once approved, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we state otherwise in writing. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether it's been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method. Bank/card processing times beyond this are outside our control. We may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what's necessary to establish their condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at tyntaltd@gmail.com if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and resolve it. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on: opened or used products, sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised orders, or perishable goods. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific order.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you'll be refunded and can place a new order separately.
