Cancellation policy
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Some of our products are available on a recurring subscription
basis ("Subscribe & Save"). By subscribing, you agree to the
following terms.
HOW IT WORKS
Your subscription will automatically renew and your card will be
charged on each renewal date, until you cancel. You will be
charged the price shown at the time of your most recent renewal.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE FIRST DELIVERY
If this is your first order, you have 14 days from receipt of
your first delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts
Regulations 2013. This right does not apply once the product has
been opened or its seal broken, for health and hygiene reasons.
CANCELLING FUTURE RENEWALS
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at
tyntaltd@gmail.com or via your account on our website. To avoid
being charged for the next renewal, cancellation requests must be
received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal
date. Cancellations received after this point will take effect
from the following renewal date, and the current period will be
fulfilled as normal.
NO CANCELLATION FEES
We do not charge a fee for cancelling your subscription.
CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may pause, skip, or change the frequency of your subscription
at any time by contacting us, subject to the same notice period
above.
REFUNDS
Once a renewal payment has been processed and the order
dispatched, that period is non-refundable, except where the
product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. See our Return
and Refund Policy for unopened items within your statutory rights.
PRICE CHANGES
We will notify you by email of any price change to your
subscription before it takes effect. Continuing your subscription
after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
