SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has
shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We currently ship within the UK using Royal
Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on
your order weight and delivery address.

We do not currently ship internationally.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not
responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside
our control (e.g. weather, strikes).

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the
estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at
tyntaltd@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are
not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address
supplied by the customer, though we will help where we can.
